What is Saver Plus?

Saver Plus is a free financial education program for people on lower incomes. Saver Plus helps people to develop life-long savings habits. Eligible participants who complete the program have their savings matched (up to $500) by ANZ for education-related expenses for themselves or their children.

Saver Plus supports participants to develop lifelong savings habits and strengthen financial confidence.

How it works

Step 1
Goal

If eligible for the program, set a savings goal with your Savings Coach for your education-related item(s). Eligible savings goals listed here.

Step 2
Saving

Open an ANZ Progress Saver account and start to regularly save over 10 months.

Step 3
Education

Complete online MoneyMinded financial education workshops. There’s no pressure – just practical, realistic money talk that supports you and your savings goal.

Step 4
Matching

Reach your savings goal and have your savings matched up to $500 by ANZ.

Who can apply?

Saver Plus is delivered across Australia. To be eligible for Saver Plus, you must meet all of the following critieria:

Saver Plus was developed by ANZ and the Brotherhood of St Laurence and is delivered in partnership with The Smith Family and Berry Street Yooralla. It is funded by ANZ and Department of Social Services.
